Family Yoga at Absolute

Bring the family to experience movement and meditation at Absolute Yoga! introducing an immersive, all-levels yoga class for parents and kids ages 4-8 to enjoy together. Family Yoga classes incorporate basic yoga poses through creative, fun yoga-themed adventures with an extra emphasis placed on teamwork and collaboration through partner poses and group games. Classes end with a calm, relaxing environment for beans and their parents to share a restful Savasana. No adult yoga experience is necessary. Registration is required.
